Zoe is a playful take on breathing and mindfulness, led by an animated sloth that breathes along with you. It covers Box Breathing, 4-7-8 and custom patterns for focus, calm or sleep, each with smooth haptics and motion. It's built to make a one-minute reset feel inviting rather than clinical.
